A lot more pros than cons
I think that is a case by case thing. If you are already way into your career it's mainly all benefits. But if you are still lower level it's much harder to network and politic remotely then in person. Also harder to learn from your more experienced peers. Plus not seeing people every day can take its toll on your mental as well if you don't have a legit consistent social group. It can feel like solitary confinement. I think hybrid that's very generous of you show up or not is the best situation/

This. I did full remote for a year and it was driving me crazy . But I'm a social guy that likes to shoot shyt with the guys and passively flirt with the pretty women.
