You're more likely to die in the US than Iraq. Kuwait isn't considered a war zone.
Didn't you read, he said he's also going to Iraq.

You know, the country in perpetual civil war that was ruined by George W. Bush and his buddies.

in many cases, your priorities change on a real deployment.... a clean ass takes priority over quite a few things, especially when supplies aren't readily accessible.

from everyone i know that's been to Kuwait, says that shyt is only a "deployment".
I almost fought a whole office over a few chairs and a coffee machine :wow:

yeah and what he said is still true. you're WAY more likely to get fukked up on or around a base in the US :mjlol:

this war shyt is whatever tbh. the tv/internet version and what's actually real are very, very different

Yea qm

And yes qm is Fort lee

You'll be fine. You'll have more to worry about from your fellow enlisted trying to get extra stuff/not returning it than being attacked.

I was 76C in Ft. Lee, Whiskey Company, for the Army National Guard's AIT. Joined the USMC 2 years later and became a Payroll Clerk.

You’ll be alright just stay focused and handle your business. And I spent about 10 years at Hood and legit had a great time. But you won’t really get to do much there other than training. I’m assuming it’s your MOB site and you may conduct training with 1st Army.

Hood was cool imo.

There was a lot shyt going on tho. Lotta folks be getting into bullshyt outside the base and imma leave it at that.

You supply bro, you should be good. Just dont buy stupid shyt and stack ya money. One of the biggest cheat codes to saving money for a young brother is getting deployed (to a hopefully safe area).

Nice that you are getting over there during the cooler months. Felt bad for them folks that went over anytime close to the upcoming summer months.

But Iraq in the Winter did get cold AF!!! And the rainy season.over there is the Winter time. It was cold enough for puddles to freeze over.

In a months time we went from doing all we could to find shade, to running from shade.

Overall stay safe, stack your money, hit the gym.
