I lost my father on some here today gone tomorrow steez too. Keep your head up and please do no turn to isolation or drugs/alcohol to cope.

I did and I immensely regret it. It will take time but what's most important now is living your life even though it doesn't feel that way now.

I have a few years of life of spiral that I honestly can't even remember much. Beyond pain. Distance from friends. Anger. Hatred. Confusion, a lack of care and love for myself. I wanted to just sit and Rot. Years later I'm saddened by how much time I won't get back that I lost holding so many things in and drugs.
