I just got the news she was rear ended on vacation and it was a hit and run. Brehs I'm balling my eyes out I can't handle this right now. How do I cope until I see her?

fukk. Seriously sorry for you loss. From a professional standpoint there's no proper way to grieve. The only thing you need to do is not engage in self destructive behaviors, don't drink or smoke.

People will tell you to chill by yourself, some will tell you to rush to be with your family, some might suggest working out...theres no right answer. You have to do what's best for you and honestly we can't tell you what that is. The affect (not effect) of grief hits everyone in different ways.

Take your time, don't engage in any self destructive behaviors. Don't drink or smoke or do drugs. It'll take a lot of time. My mom's passed almost 10 years ago and there's days when I feel like I can't maintain.
