Working in a factory only getting 1 day off a week, doing 50+ hours a week. Sometimes working 9-11 days straight until your next day off.

GO back to school or get a trade breh. Ain't like you 60 years old. Get that Pell Grant and go to a community college or get a trade.

I'd rather work the 4 10s Monday-Thursday and have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

That would be a dream schedule for me, but probably not feasible in my line of work.

I rarely even get e-mails about Friday work functions anymore, because they know I ain’t going 2 and 3-day work wks on holidays unbeatable.

Literally only drawback for me is going to the gym late after a long work day

I’ve never thought that was a feasible solution, but I see some people love it.

Commute is what you make it though. Mine's is 26 minutes, would love to get it down to 5 minutes or some shyt

Yea but look at it like this you have one less day of making that commute.

My job just announced we are going to a 4x10 schedule at the start of the year. I travel a lot so this will help. Im going to London in May and will be there for nine days with only having to take three vacation days as we get Memorial day Monday off and we get every friday off. It make little weekend trips super easy.

Ive worked a 7-5 M-T that was cool but I had another job that was my main income that had me working Thu-Sun evenings. Wouldve been cool if I couldve taken advantage of it.

I dont mind commuting at all. I use to work from home and hated it. I guess its all personal preference
