No its not
Its a regular apt in a regular building.
Its bigger then 300ft but lets be serious. Its a studioWhich is basically 1 big ass room. I'd be damned if I paid $1000+ for a big ass room.
So how's the school dist?

Anyone affiliated w/Bloomberg is gonna get the gas face... city is way worse off under him now than it was when he got it, due largely to his "Euro Hova" luxury city policies

Where in Brooklyn for $550? That studio is probably less than 300 Square Feet and probably one of those deals where you share the damn bathroom with the whole floor. That's not acceptable to me. People really need to start exploring their options.

This morning i noticed for the first time as i was riding the E to work, 85 percent of the subway car was non black, maybe 90% to be honest, i was shocked as hell, have that many blacks moved out of Queens? Granted i get on at Roosevelt after transferring from the R where it is mainly Asian and Spanish but what the hell happened to blacks from Queens?
NYC needs a Democrat Mayor with fiscally balls to tell Wall Street cats to pay their share. A first in 20 years.

I know what you mean, how is this possible? The last stop is Jamaica, where are the blacks now? I was on the F train to work and again packed train car, less than 10 blacks on it. WTF happened?I had a 1 bedroom for 1000 in crown heights top floor of brownstone
I took the train to forest hills one day and I didn't see a single black person

I know but why are they not on the trains to go work, these areas are so out of the way the commute must be crazy long. Rochdale i have not been in that area since the 90's, how is it now?South East Queens, Laurelton, Springfield Gardens, Cambria Heights, Rosedale, Rochdale.

Italians don't like this either. Little Italy, Manhattan is gone.
