i been away to long, my feeling died.
It was, the place was run sloppy and promoters didn’t get paid on time if ever. The guy is looking for sympathy for when he opens up his next place.

They want to have private landlords oversee buildings...its pretty much opening up the path to privatization
He's also floated the idea of demolishing two buildings at a development and replacing them with new luxury builldings
