Man. I was in a spot last night that's traditionally black. I seen a few alabaster folks sprinkled in there (which isn't the norm. ) I seen a white dude getting grinded on by a sista. I got tf up outta there expeditiously

none of these apartments are affordable or accessible and the construction boom has done nothing to help decrease rents
displacement will only get worse
