I am am amateur physician and I have never heard of anything remotely like this happening nor would anyone including your Doctor have a logical explanation for it.

For what reason would the corpus cavernosa bend in such a way? It is a soft muscle tissue that does not seize unless the blood flow is altered. In some ways the likelihood of this happening is the same chance of your finger just breaking itself in a 180 degree direction for no reason at all. Drugs as someone mentioned would be the closest cause but the concentration of the drug would likely stop your heart muscle before it would be able to spasm your penis muscle. This is simply not how pharma kinetics work in the body.

There is a greater chance of you hitting the billion dollar lottery and getting struck by lightning in the north pole twice than this happening.

I've had muscle spasms before. Usually they occur in the largest parts of the body such as the back muscles, lats specifically that endure the most stress and have their magnesium or calcium stores depleted first. Then next are the muscles and tendons that surround your joints. I cannot fathom any physiological reason that the penis alone would bear the brunt of such a problem.
