His core audience is the mirror. He has to look at himself and check the basics. Most of these issues can be solved by improving your image (getting in shape, grooming, fashion), learning to shut the fukk up and not play yourself, and by having a sense of who you are and running with it (otherwise known as developing confidence and game).

Like honestly, if you're getting played by girls across the board (all skin colors, all ethnicities, domestic, foreign, whatever), you should be spending time on yourself because you missed some formative experiences somewhere in there (not clowning, it just is what it is).

It's like a guy who went to jail at 17 and didn't get out until 31. Dude doesn't know how to talk to folks, how to ask a girl out, etc.

Gotta envision the life you want and go after it.
