My PS3 got the yellow light bullshyt, where do i go from here?

You're better off getting a new one. If not that, then you could send it in for repair and getting a reflow (or reball if you want it to last longer) service. Plus, if you sent it to one of those repair places, you can keep your data unlike with Sony

I sent my PS3 to GopherMods and it lasted longer than it was supposed to and it was just a reflow

You should see if there is nearby shop, happened to me to had to cough up 85 dollars. The YLOD happened again 5 months later and they fix it again with no charge because they have 1 year warranty, my ps3 hasn't had a problem since.

That is what I would do is see if there is a local shop around you and have them take a look at it. They can fix it and if it goes bad again it can be covered by their warranty.

My 7 year fat ps3 crapped out last year..... I copped a p4 instead of fixing it

My boys game is stuck in it tho....I took the system apart but the game is still stuck in the CD drive and my tools don t work for it

BTW I had the OG 60G one from 06-07.
