pay rent brehs :dame:

Honestly, right now it's smart unless you're buying city property or got it like that to buy some super expensive shyt in the burbs.

Folks losing their ass in these newer lower middle class neighborhoods because of gentrification.

At least in my area.

I just want to add that these fast rising rent prices will not be sustainable for long, average income is not matching the average economy. I don't knows when but something is definitely going to give

Greed will always be exposed. These landlords will face all kinds of setbacks when they have no one left to pay those prices.

Rent is rising eight percent a year nationwide. Barclay's is offering 100% mortgages, lol.

:jbhmm:

X + (8/100)X = 915

(100/100)X + (8/100)X = 915

(100X + 8X) / 100 = 915

100X + 8X = 91500

108X = 91500

X = 91500/108

X = 847.22222

So you were paying $850 a month :patrice:
or is my math off :francis:
831 to 913. She said "8%". Didn't bother doing the math, i just know i ain't paying the 5

@Nappy Hacker im considering doing that but i need a bigger down payment and a more established POSITION in my career. 1-2 more years of renting tops

You don't overcome gentrification by NOT owning property:why:
