He lost the fat AND muscle smh. Why go from glutton all the way to vegan with no stop in-between?

There's nothing wrong with going straight to vegan. What he did wrong was not adding weight training. Just doing cardio and changing his diet has him looking sickly instead of fit. He hates working out so of he's comfortable being skinny that's his prerogative. It's more about feeling better than aesthetics.

One of the best things I did was buy a juicer... If anyone buys one don't go crazy on juicing fruits, too much sugar.. Juice mostly veggies but mix in some fruit to make it taste right... My energy has improved and so has my stamina :shaq:

Don't buy a real cheap juicer cuz they will break easy, I found a good one for 50 at target.

You don't have to worry about the sugar in fruits. Fruit sugar is different from sucrose or refined sugar. Fruits have phenols, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, etc which provide health benefits. Sucrose is nutritionally void. Most people don't eat enough fruits so eliminating refined sugar and increasing fruit intake is far healthier.

What kind of greens are you putting in there breh?
i mix it up... beets and kale are very good for u so when i juice i for sure use one or the other in my juicing... for example i will juice one beet, celery, carrot, cucumber and a apple... on ther days i will juice one beet, strawberrys, and a orange... juice whatever i feel but i always combine veggies with juice, i mean i have occasionaly juiced just fuit but i dont go over board cuz the sugar will add up.... beets is a known natural viagra :ohlawd:, give u crazy stamina, alot of boxers when training juice beets... beets have a earthy taste so u got to cut it with something.. but dont go over board with beets, if taken too much it can cause kidney stones, one a day u will be fine... i take them 5 times a week.... also if u worried that your veggies and fruits will spoil before u get to them just put them hoes in the freezer.

Don't think i can stop eating chicken and turkey. It's a great source of protein. If I were to become a vegan that means I would have to eat a lot of almonds and drink some almond milk to replace the daily protein intake

another thing, make sure u are buying a juicer and not a blender :skip:, ive seen people make that mistake lol... the juicer sometimes is called a extracter cuz all the fiber is being extracted to a container on the side.

im using this one and so far so good .. my only complaint is the container that holds all the shyt thats getting spit out sometimes is not shut all the way, its like i have to put pressure on it somewhat cuz if you dont at times shyt sprays out through there but its not a issue really, its more of me not checking if its flush together.. that hoe has 800 watts :whoo: so it aint no sloutch.

Almond milk doesn't have much protein and you'd have to eat a ton of almonds. You'd be better off with beans and rice which make a complete protein when paired together. It's better to just be vegetarian and have dairy and eggs which are high in protein.

Why not just go pescetarian?

Mercury breh. Your can't eat large amounts of fish that often. You'd have to eat small, moderate amounts.
