Pre-workouts:
Depletion - 20 mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine
Tension - 2g tyrosine + 200 mg caffeine + 5g creatine
Power - 2g tyrosine + 200 mg caffeine + 5g creatine
No intras.
I'm not entirely sure it does anything anyway, though I've read good things about L-Leucine, which is why I purchased it in the first place.At this point, I'm thinking my pre's are ok (C4 or Neon Sport Volt) because the goal is essentially energy/appetite depressant, correct?
If I do decide to go that way, where did you cop the EC from?

Upper strength is about 90% of where I was at this time last year. Lower is about 75%. Been focused on cutting and flexibility for awhile tho. If performance was my main concern, I would've been back to old strength early August.
