I am wondering if you have ever negotiated anything, because you don't seem to know what an end goal of negotiations are.
Case in point Black people didn't vote for Hillary in the same proportion as they voted for Obama. Democrats knew that so they were Hell bent on driving more African Americans to the poll because African Americans clearly swing elections. African Americans could have made demands at that point to get the things they wanted if the Democrats really wanted those votes. So by not voting 4 years ago African Americans made Democrats show their desperation for votes this election cycle, which is why Biden was crying to Clybourn down in South Carolina.
Biden is a non starter for me. He is trash.
