I'm 5'9" and height never hindered me from pulling women. The best Mack I ever knew was shorter than me and he was pulling models who were taller than both of us, bringing them to functions and parties. I can't say it was money, because we were all poor college students receiving a $100 stipend once a month in NROTC. Hell, I dated a few females who had me by a an inch or two in height, and it never seemed to be a problem.
So unless the brother is medically documented to have dwarfism, I really do not see how his height would hinder him from finding a suitable female to date. I've even seen dwarfs with attractive women, so height is really only a minor hindrance at best.
