Seemed like bit of an odd coincidence that as soon as MySpace got bought it was thrown to the bushes and Facebook started to be heavily promoted

MySpace was better somehow

I think the government name thing ruins the internet

I liked the fact that I could post my music very easily too

Myspace ruined Myspace. They gave people too many customizable options. nikkas posting 3 music players, 3 video players, HD wallpapers, a gang of photos, it would take 5 minutes to load and God forbid you got your speakers high and the music players start blasting music at the same time.

Facebook succeeded because there are no real page customizing options so people spend more time interacting with each other vs hours spent dressing up HTML heavy myspace pages.

You think they should have changed and drop the ability of artists to promote their music?
