Breh, you can't compare what actually happened to "rape porn". "Rape porn" is scripted and even then it's a slippery slope because of the abuse and circumstances around shooting the scenes i.e. when it's not scripted.

Still, threatening anyone in exchange for sex could land you in prison. It doesn't matter how you view it. You can compare it to porn all day and say he was acting out a scene he saw. The difference is those porn stars aren't being indicted because they are "acting". You can't act those scenes out in real life. True,I understand the difference in reality and fiction. But i dont think that was even considered "rape porn" back then. It was just a classic porno plot/trope. It was practically the beginning of every porno scene.As a matter of fact,it still is widely used today. And its done casually and not apart of any rape category. Its even used to parody porn in a comical way.
