Almost like black respectability organizations ran by old racist Jewish men haven’t lead to any substantial change for black people in America.

The true issue is that CACS hoard all of the money and resources. There’s a reason why they don’t have these problems. These kids never had a chance and neither will their children.

A permanent underclass would've happened if slavery, jim crow, etc succeeded. Idk how the NAACP being concerned with Maryland schools is more of an indication of a "permanent underclass" than that

Individual families insulate themselves by likening themselves to whiteness.

And by attempting to other themselves by blaming the community, the permanent underclass, for the position others put them in.
