Where It’s Not Safe
90s to early 2000s era Houston was criminally underrated.

80s Bay Area.

If you was into street shyt late 80 to late 90s era New Orleans as well.
Mr Crude, You have to to illustrate why based on those categories I listed & do a comparison vs my own “Name A Better Era”. You will then be rated on a scale of 1 to 5 ranging from poor to excellent. Your judge (s) will rate it based on these listed categories.

Proceed.

I'm sure it was cool coming up in ATL at the time. But as dangerous as it was and even though I grew up around here, I would've loved to have experienced DC and PG County as a young adult or older teen from the mid 90's to mid 2000's. The stories my moms and stepdad be talking about :wow::wow::wow:

And even though the DMV always had the best quality Black women in America, the joints that were here in the early to mid 2000's looked like a very special bunch, word to Amerie and Mya :whew:

The DMV brehettes from 95-2003 was something special breh and it pains me to even admit that as a Baltimore area breh lol. At least the ones that showed up at Morgan state in the late 90s and early 2000s. Never seen anything like it on that type of scale
