After a month vacay from work and like a week off from the gym
I'm feeling pretty good right now.
Last year, I def had lower back issues along with other ailments.
To the active brehs & brehettes take some time off to allow for rest and recovery,
My right bicep. My rotator cuff on my right side was always weaker and i had to do strength exercises on it to get it up to par. Got back into working out after a 2 month hiatus and at first my right shoulder was sore as shyt. Now for whatever reason my right bicep is.
