Know a home inspector, duke can make at least $600 a day. For what amounts to probably 6 hours of work. I know dude gets at least $800 cause one home he inspects is $400~ very important to hire one though.
But hes been in home maintenance and shyt for years. That's why trades is brilliant move.
Hospital jobs; not just nurse. Even sterilization you can make $30 an hour for 4 months of school.

Those crab & fishermen in Alaska make good money or at least they used to make good money. I remember that I thought about do that over the Summer back in the day when it was being advertised.
I think deep sea divers/welders make good money.
I am sure those defense contractors that work in hostile environments make good money.

Applied for a job at a university when my wife worked at illinois state.A lot of university jobs. Maintenance workers, custodial, some kitchen staff etc. kids try to clown them but they are makin more than what their degree will get for them
Never got it and had to settle for drivin a fork truck on the dock at conway and throwin trucks/stocking at walmart(shout out to store 1125)

Property management/operations and you could find some good paying office coordinator jobs depending on the company. I’m making 110k doing this, only took 5 years to get the experience needed.
Train drivers...they make bank in this state
