He could have had a great mainstream career instead of being seen mostly as a mixtape rapper and feature guy a while back

I've said before I've been disappointed he hasn't gotten the look he deserves considering his music is still dope.

No clue why ppl mentioning Fab.. he’s had a pretty stellar career and has gone as far as he could go

other ppl named like Murphy Lee and Papoose could’ve been bigger though. The average person outside this forum nowadays prolly knows Pap from being Remy’s husband and the guy who’s freestyles go viral on The Shade Room.

Fab has plenty of singles per album that have done well

There’s A LOT of guys who don’t have one gold single dolo and less gold/platinum singles albums

Let’s not get crazy. His music overall has always been tepid so maybe that’s why he was never championed as a superstar

to be honest, Murphy Lee’s downfall is Universal never gave him a sophomore album. We have no idea what he could’ve did with his next album. I’m from the Lou, so like 2 years after What the hook gon be, I heard a couple tracks on the radio that could’ve taken off but they never got play outside of St Louis

who saw him as just a mixtape rapper...if anything peeps wanted him MORE on tapes. You don't remember mad people saying he did too many lady/radio tracks?
