We're not talking about being inside a hotel, you're talking about staying at one. The amenities and perks make up the hotel, and the primary reason to go to a hotel is to stay.

I've never checked in to a New York Hotel

Been inside The Mark before, but not to stay. Thread should have been best hotel or favorite hotel in the country.

The W is sexy as fukk. Stayed in the one in Hoboken with a view of Manhattan skyline. We didn't even close the shades that night we was fukkin. Chic was so bad I paid $325 /night, checked in at 3 am and I left her in there at 5:30 am.

Honorable mention goes to Excellence resorts in Mexico and Dominican Republic. Nice rooms.

I stay usually stay at middle-class-ish hotels: Hyatt House, Aloft, Courtyard by Marriott, SpringHill Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, DoubleTree by Hilton, Ramada, Country Inn and Suites, Fairfleld Inn, Candlewood Suites.
I don't know how many stars they have. They have a pool, free breakfast, internet, workout room...
