Neither side has anything tangible to offer us, so in return we should have no reason to support either of them. The problem is, too many black folk are on that “welllll, he isn’t JUST the president for black people, he’s the president for EVERYBODY” In that case, let EVERYBODY else support them and be their scapegoat when they need one. I honestly can’t wait until the millennial and younger generations are the majority in the US. I firmly believe the black population would be more unified and informed since we were raised in the information boom. We done got burned too many times by #bothsides, too many failed promises. We never got to experience the “good times” Enough is enough, there needs to be a reckoning.
