I actually see the housing market at an all time high. Some people look for literally any excuse to not help people. This is why the wealth gap grows larger in larger in this country. Getting a $20k check in the form of loan debt relief for me and my wife was 1A for why I voted Biden. 1B was the ACA expansion which he did but more important was the debt relief. He had on his campaign website wiping hbcu debt outright (which I knew wouldn’t happen) but I fell for that shyt lock stock and barrel thinking they would send it through at least on the house side

Personally we are already taxed too much. How would the lonas be paid? Who would be paying? I wanted to go to school but couldn’t afford to go to some party university and become “well rounded” so I went to a CC and got a job. Paid my way through school at a reasonable price.
