Yea I think Nas was ready to go last year as he’s been in the ZONE the last few years with Hit-Boy but Premo probably wanted more time in the studio to get himself in “fighting” shape so to speak. Now that Preme is rearing and ready to go i’m expecting greatness.

We always jokingly called "Streets of New York" Part III since Rakim on it and it used the original beat but this is huge news OMG.

Interesting

Always thought N.Y. State Of Mind Part 3 was “Streets of New York” the unreleased Alicia Keys song that had Nas, Rakim, and essentially the same beat.



I wonder how Nas and Premier will freak the beat in 2025. New York State Of Mind Part 2 is one of the few song sequels Nas released and said he was proud of, so part 3 gotta be INSANE to match up to that legacy.
