He went deep on his list. I think even Master P's wife Sonya C who had an album early in the No Limit days got mentioned.

Impression on First listen - 4 mics. God Son Tier Nas Album.

I have to say I loved that Nas had so many concept records. That's when he's in his bag. "Git Ready, Pause Tapes, Writers, were great".

Sons was great lyrically, but not as good as Daughters beat wise to me. I gotta let it marinate. I had the higest expectations for that song.

Nas was SPITTING on this. Premo production was pretty good overall (Premo is my personal GOAT producer) but I was hoping for some more melodic "Moment of Truth" joints. Premo really let the lyrics shine on this one.

I love this album, but man...the Time Keeps on Slipping joint sounds like if I told CHatGPT to make a Preemo type beat out of the sample. It sounds exactly how I thought it was gonna sound and not in the best way.

I'm also just not a fan of using mega popular rock samples in rap beats. I feel like that shyt gets done to death by Em, Dre, Snoop, and lots of A-listers in recent years. Might be my least favorite on this album.

That was one of my favorite beats on the album. I enjoyed where he placed the chops.

Have to spin it more, but it pretty much sounds like a Gang Starr record with Nas instead of Guru.

Just skimming thru rn. Nas sounding sharp as usual but these beats are extra underwhelming. Didn’t like any beat until I got to Sons.
