Saying it’s worse than Nasir is egregious

At least he’s rapping with purpose and the beats still work.

People gonna keep pulling that and Nastradamus with any latest album he puts like a scorching take but there’s nothing wild like Big Girl on here

This is absolutely one of the worse produced albums I've ever heard.

The lyrics are dope as usual but I'm scared to give this a 2nd listen.

I may have to put the beat selection up there with Carter 6.

It’s crazy they paid for the Billy Joel sample for the chorus and couldn’t carry that into a proper piano loop for the main instrumental …the loop at the end is a tease for what should have been.

And it would’ve been a natural progression from the second one. Premo did us DIRTY for that.

Nas shows he still sharp with the pen.

Preemo sadly sounds like he lost a step or three

I can appreciate minimalist beats but they lack some of the deft production he did in his prime.


There are gems but this ain't a banga line De La or hell even GFk.

I thank Nas tho for what he's done for the culture including this album shouting out female rappers, graffiti artists and more.

The NYSOM3 beat is actually brilliant

the other half is just decent.....Nas isn't the problem here I'll just say that lol he doing the best with what he has to work with....

Not gonna hate on this one....classic? hell no but the by far the best Nas shyt since "life is good"
