Wherever nikkas need to be told on
He shouted out over FIFTY female rappers. And then said “to anybody I didn’t name, I love you too.” Knowing there’s no possible way he could name everyone. With that in mind, I don’t think there are any “glaring” omissions whatsoever considering its a song not a memoriam.

Come on, breh, you’re always on go :russ:

If he hadn’t mentioned someone like Roxanne Shanté or Lauryn Hill that would’ve been glaring

My post wasn’t intended as any kind of serious critique because like I said I love the song

With that said, it seems like it’s an honor to be shouted on the song and just curious who got left out

nah the only obvious miss was Da brat but hey he missed out

Thank you! Perfect example. There was a point in the 90s when she was probably my favorite female emcee. She just had a unique flavor with how she looked and how she rapped. I remember she had a photoshoot in the early 2000s that was crazy :ohlawd: because it was a sharp departure from her tomboy style and showed she had sex appeal on top of the rap skills.

I gave it a real thorough listen and it's dope as fukk.. Muthafuggas are either playing this shyt on their phone or shytty laptop because it sounds clean as shyt in the whip or sonically inclined headphones.

Nasty, Esco, and Nasir is literally one of the best imaginative songs ever! He literally rapped from the perspective of his musical personas:damn:

God forbid a Nas/Hip Hop fan loves this album, because then you'll have some dudes looking at you funny.

Meanwhile, industry heads like Rob Markman say Chance the Rapper and Wale dropped top 5 albums of the year. What a joke. Like @Mike Wins said, it seems Hip Hop is at a place where it elite rhymes over good beats is not valued as much as trash rappers over elite production.

See most projects with Alchemist and mediocre rappers. WSG is another example of this. Dudes actually sit and tolerate this dude solely because the beats are dope.

Jigga stans consider 4:44 a stone-cold classic. Lol

Light-Years is 6 mics, if that's the case.
Nikkas still talking that JayZ bullshyt and he ain't drop nothing in 10 years :russ:
