So according to Hip Hop DX Hit Boy is the executive producer. Which means perhaps it opens the project up to beats by other producers.


If THATS true then maybe Hit Boy is guiding Nas on which songs to pick from the studio sessions with Dr Dre, Swizz, and all the other producers he’s been in the studio with over the years

He's absolutely outdone Nas in terms of actually continuing to develop thematically and lyrically - 4:44 and It Was Written are both strong showings of that.

Hes also worked with Jay, conway, drake, benny butcher produced album coming in September with Hit Boy. Hit a boy is versatile. He can do all styles.
