Yes you are correct traditionally the Grammys always go to the most hyped or popular artist BUT they’ve taken some steps to align the judges and committee who vote with more qualified individuals amongst the culture and Nas is still a big name amongst the culture and Hip Hop industry. So all I can say is we’ll see. His strongest chance is probably a Best Rap Album nomination

Nas didn't get a Grammy for Lifes Good it's not happening for KD we should stop giving credence to the Grammys, i think we all know it's who the industry darling is at the time and Nas seems like he doesn't play them games.

I’m not one to bet against Nas and say it’ll never happen because either way not winning doesn’t hurt his legacy and winning only ADDS to it so i’ve never seen the problem with rooting for my favorite artist

when he didnt win one for LiG,I knew the grammys are about completed bull. And to be honest when I realised all the other incredible artists in hip hop who havent won one, I decided it was fukk a grammy. so he's in great company.
