im pretty satisfied with this album. Hit boy needs to be Nas new go to guy.

On second spin. First listen wasn’t feeling 40 side as much as the others but it’s fire

also props to Nas. For someone with his wealth now from investments he could talk about it constantly. But he’s a poet and an artist and that wealth shyt is needless in rap. He keeps that shyt for the most part private bar the odd line or two

It’s dope but my only complaint - and one of like maybe two complaints about the entire album lol - is that when he starts that flow it sounds like he’s reading the lines from his phone/paper in the booth. I woulda liked another more natural take.

Outside of that and feeling that the keys at the very end of The Pressure sound kinda tinny…I got nothing man. This album is immaculate.
