Even 50’s disses seemed half hearted. He never really engaged with Nas lyrically outside of Piggy Bank. He skated around Don’t Body Yourself and never responded to the barbs on Queens Get The Money.

Didn’t 50 say Nas and KRS were his favorite rappers? It’s been a long time since I’ve really checked out 50 so I can’t remember

Good thing you're not in charge

If any of you coli cats was guiding Nas career, that shyt would have been crashed n burned

All y'all seem to focus on is WHAT I LIKE

Well guess what spongebob, the world doesn't revolve around YOU
Lol...umm ok??

Didn't expect such a visceral reaction to my opinion on the song. I still think it's good, just not my favorite

Yes and Nas’s first verse on The Message is his favorite verse of all time.

50 always said that Nas took him and Yayo on tour and never asked him for anything in return. They fell out when Nas replaced 50 on the Jennifer Lopez “I’m gonna be alright” remix and video (apparently Irv Gotti had a hand in getting 50 taken off and suggested Nas) and 50 felt Nas should have told him.

Nas said in an interview with Allhiphop that he wasn’t aware 50 was on the original version and that he was aware that 50 was upset but he felt like he didn’t have to explain his moves to anyone and that he’d see 50 when he saw him.
