I don’t think Nas is in that kinda headspace anymore to make crazy concept records or storytelling

As he’s gotten older and more mature his content has become more personable & less aloof ghetto thug poet which shows growth but also kinda shifts away from what made Nas GOAT.

Life Is Good was probably the greatest combination of the street poet Nas and mature aging Nas

I have a feeling this album will be closer to vintage Nas than the first King’s Disease album tho

I love LIG because it’s probably his most relateable album for those of us who are now middle aged

Also for the first time in years Nas started to make SONGS again for a full album there instead of having weird beat selections to show off how complicated he can get his flow and rhyme scheme

When Nas and Pac finally came across eachother that was the video when Death Row was walking around Ny mobbed up with the Death Row East signs up.. I wonder if Nas is just going to reflect on that moment.
