I'm really forcing myself to not replay this album so much lol. I wanna live with it. I might just rotate this with some Bill Evans, Coletraine, and Otis Redding the rest of the summer.

I want it to feel like it did when I was younger.. when i listened to an album for months. So I gotta sprinkle some other shyt in but it hard right now because this is flames.

How lucky are hip hop fans that Nas is dropping quality albums this deep into his career

we’ve seen so many greats come and go. This man keeps feeding the hip hop culture

:to::salute:

This. Has anyone in any genre had such quality over 30 years? Serious question...Prince and who else? Somebody school me.

Stillmatic, while appreciated and maybe his most important release with due respect to the climate surrounding it, did have flaws.

That song is way too overproduced, LIG is flawless from tracks 9-to the end of the bonus tracks but I felt the same way about Queen’s Story, Nas was flowing his ass off but the beat too dramatic for my liking. Not a fan of the concept on Accident Murderer either. But LIG was Nas flowing and spitting at his best in a while. The production on KD2 is better IMO both both albums are great to classic

A Queens Story is my fav on LIG, that beat is epic IMO.

That's madd important...this album should be experienced only on high level sound equipment, especially to appreciate Hitboy's genius like it should be appreciated.
Correct. I feel like this one is very well produced and engineered. Hits like crazy in the whip/headphones while also being very lush and detailed.
