the second half of this album hits perfectly on a late afternoon/early evening summer in the city brehs

I'm thinking the second half of this album is going to hit you in the face during the fall.

Once the temperature changes and we start wearing long sleeves again, songs like "No Phony Love" and "Count Me In" are going to sound :ahh:. "Brunch on Sundays" is going to feel differently in your ears on a rainy day in the house, with 66 degrees outside.

nikka Nas is Good:ahh: I get stuck on a different song everyday :heh: . There really isn't a best song on here:banderas:

I was listening to this working out earlier and realized it has a lot of the stuff we love about Nas all in one song. Kicking knowledge, slick talk, street shyt, nostalgia for his childhood, even a little storytelling with the stuff about getting a letter from the department of corrections. Perfect song to close the album out with.

Yo this shyt is amazing. I have been listening to this since it first came out and it’s a beautiful album.

I did not listen to KD 1 more than a couple times and it never hit right with me. But this album has me coming back to it. Fire

Same breh. With KD1 I only go back to a few tracks, mainly the last 4 of the album (Full Circle to The Cure)

But I've played KD2 all the way through at least 10-15 times already. This shyt is just so satisfying.

And let me make myself clear as a Nas fan to the Nas Stan. I'm not saying this album won't be revisited down the years and get it's Classic Rating that y'all fill it deserve right now but check this out this is Nas new beginning of his 2nd half of his career and it's eerie similar to his first of his career. King Disease 1 is his Illmatic and King Disease 2 is his It Was Written
:ohhh::ehh:I still like kd2 more
