Shout outs to people who do that. I used to have a deaf neighbor who went to concerts often. She couldn't hear obviously, but because a fan of certain artists solely based on lyrics. She said it was kind of like how we might react to hearing a spoken poem...if it moves you it moves you. So seeing the lyrics performed and being able to dance was important to her.

It all depends on what show u at but he def be forgetting his rhymes. Not as much as he USED to. But he still does tho.

I'm being completly honest. When I listen to KD2 straight through, it may be the best complete rap album I've heard in the last 15 years. I'm talking, lyrically, production, concepts, etc... it's such an easy listen too. You can play it during every setting.

I'm being completly honest. When I listen to KD2 straight through, it may be the best complete rap album I've heard in the last 15 years. I'm talking, lyrically, production, concepts, etc... it's such an easy listen too. You can play it during every setting.

It's an amazing project. And I was actually aiming to be more critical of this album than KD1, since that came out of nowhere and was pleasantly surprised...surely KD2 would be a step down right? Nope, to me it's even better.

I blame it on just performing so much of Illmatic over and over. I would def go to his concert even if Illmatic material isnt performed. He gotta trust his whole catalogue's appeal more.
