I watched it just don't agree with the LIG slander. That album is right there if not better than KD2. Both at least 4.5 mics anybody calls either 1 or both classic no argument from me. Plus he downplayed LT1 if I remember correctly his opinion i'm sorry but

That shyt is the only version of the album I know I don’t even consider them shyts bonus tracks. U consider Spicy to be on KD1 and that’s listed as a bonus track. Nas shot videos for Nasty and Spicy. Both considered bonus tracks. Only TRUE bonus track on LIG is Trust imo. Also. Accident Murderers was dope. The Don was dope. And Bye Baby was decent as well. I just listed the strongest tracks.

Nastradamus got some gems still a bad album. IDK I just don't like SD or HHID both had gems as well overall not a fan. I kinda agree with him on that not on Untitled tho that is 4 mics at least imo

To me it is. It's up there with Big Girl, Black Girl Lost Pt. 2, as far as being just downright unenjoyable.

Be real yall... If ANY other artist (Kendrick, Hov, AZ, etc.) rapped over that overproduced beat yall would be clowning them out of the industry.

They are on my CD version of the album and all streaming versions. I can’t ignore the songs. Like I said. Nasty was the first single from the album and it’s listed as a bonus track. But that shyt is an album cut. Spicy was a single from Kings Disease 1 but that shyt is listed as a bonus track. Altho there’s no version of the album u can purchase without that track.

Life Is Good is a stone cold CLASSIC

I revisited this album over the weekend after not listening to it in quite a while, and the first thing that instantly stood out to me was how energetic and loose Nas flow was on the album.

It was so effortless too. IWW vibes all over the album in terms of flow. That album is definitely a classic. He’s more calculated with his flow now.

I never got what was so "overproduced" about the song. Nas is basically rapping over strings throughout the song. It doesn't really have a beat. An example of an overproduced Nas song is "Who Killed It". There's a lot going on musically that really doesn't amplify anything about it especially when the accent brings it down.

If Jay, Kendrick, or AZ rapped over "World's An Addiction", it probably would sound as horrible as envisioning Nas rapping on something like "Beach Chair", "So Sincere", or "U". "World's An Addiction" works because it still fits Nas. It was Salaam Remi sampling his own work. It's not only the rapping that makes me like the song, but can we talk about Anthony Hamilton. His verse is dope as is the chorus. To me, it really is a song that sounds cinematic. A lot of people use that term, but "World's An Addiction" really does sound cinematic.
