It’s def out there. He switched out beats. Didn’t give Nas proper time to record. STOLE the album cover and 2 beats from another artist. Got his project delayed cause it wasn’t even mixed or mastered by the release date so Nas lost a whole day and a half of sales. shyt was just a nightmare. Those rollouts made Teyana Taylor quit her solo career.

I’ve always said this – Nas needs a solid exec producer on his releases. He loves hip hop. Loves to rhyme, but his tracklist management isn’t consistent.

lol, it ain’t even that serious. Just a thought. Every one needs a solid team around them. Nas himself has said multiple times that his execution has had some missteps here and there.

Nas has this way of doing braggadocio raps in a "you can do it too, let me tell you how" type way that Jay just never comes across doing. With Jay it's obnoxious, and high handed - like how he's better than you. With Nas it's just more organic, and as if you're being spoken to, not down on.

People get motivated differently so both ways appeal to different people but I agree. Nas, Ross, Jeezy, etc are gonna just tell you how it’s done, basically giving you advice straight up.

Jay is gonna watch your moves and plant that seed of doubt/concern, hoping you decide to stop. “Y’all still taking advances huh?” And of course if you do make that wrong move he’s gonna shyt on you lol.
