I think with NY radio dudes they’re mad they aren’t getting recognized. Nas gave them an interview for KD1, which Rosenberg praised. He gave Ebro the KD2 interview, an album Ebro praised. And Ebro praised Magic. But overall Nas isn’t responding to your text or telling you happy birthday so some dudes get mad.
Hov gave them what, one interview in the last decade? And they kiss his feet. But Hov will give you that brunch invite whereas Nas won’t give you anything lol. Transactional media.

i haven’t listened to the episode yet but I started it last night, as soon as I heard them slobbering on Jays dikk at the start, reciting rhymes and playing songs I knew they were going to shyt on Nas. They’re HUGE Jigga but huggers anyway both of them.

Its not a lot of people but its absolutley hilarious seeing a certain section of I guess you call underground real hip hop fans flabbergasted that a "Cali Trap producer" made the kinda beats they wanted Nas to rap on from their favorites for years and they have to lie to themselves about not feeling just off that
Not a bad take but Lost Tapes came out in 2002. I feel like LIG and KD2 both have valid reasons for being over. But this album is so short to the point with zero filler or commercial appeal it’s near perfect.
