LIG was good grown man hiphop and I liked it a lot. But Nas should fukk off with this "No Limits" bullshyt. He's limited by his usual terrible ear for beats with few exceptions. He needs to get better with that, I'm down on Jay for being lazy as fukk with his rapping but at least he can pick decent beats.

:comeon: Nas having "terrible beat selection" is a myth. All of Nas' albums except Nastradamus and Untitled have pretty good production.

Nas' hook on BBC made the song hot :umad:

Nas don't release the same shyt over and over, you can see progression from album to album. On Illmatic he was the rugged kid from the projects on Life is Good he's a near 40 year old discussing fatherhood, aging, divorce, etc.

fukkin chump thinks life is good was a major influence in the game :heh:
unlike magna carter(metacritic rating 59%) which was getting clowned left and right by critics and some of jay's peers (e.g. earl sweatshirt), nas life is good(metacritic rating 81%) was being described as a breath of fresh air by peers such as fabolous, royce da 5'9,big sean, kendrick, etc.....:obama:
