Same, bro.

I said this when Styles did the project with Havoc a few years ago. As fans, we want to hear these projects when dudes are in their prime, not when they're washed. There's been so many of these joints that have dropped mad years too late.

Without a doubt.
Back in their primes it was different tho. You had to have a full rollout for your projects and all that. shyt, even clue tapes and violator tapes had rollouts back in the late 90s/2000s. Sales mattered so much the labels would tweak at the idea of Nas & Havoc "wasting time" on a collab mixtape without any commercial appeal. Fans would've LOVED that shyt.

That's why I don't have interest in hearing some "Ghostface is going to release Supreme Clientele 2" shyt b/c he's ten years past his prime. I'd rather hear whatever unreleased joints they have from their prime over some album they cooked up in their 50s.
