Native Americans get $200K at 18 after graduating high school

It is due to the treaty relationship. Although Native nations suffer from settler colonialism and a very reduced and compromised sovereignty, their status in relation to the federal government is sometimes a bit above that of a state. Casinos are one example where this is the case.

Why do they have casino profits?

How come Asian Americans don't have them?

Or African Americans?

Or Hispanic Americans?

Native American reservations are sovereign to an extent

Gambling is not illegal on a federal level so they're generally allowed to have casinos

It is not. But the past 500 years happened and here we are today in this mess. It's a question of how to best navigate the situation and when the choice is between squalor and some type of development, casinos don't look like a terrible choice, right or wrong and not considering cultural, ethical and moral aspects of the casino situation
