we dont want cpu teams because

A. these dudes exploit logic and rape the cpu for trades (see the jarrett jack for ricky rubio trade)

B. the cpu doesnt have to follow salary cap rules. they can be over the cap and still sign 2 max free agents

C. cpu resigns their own players to stupid ass deals and makes them unattractive to dudes who might wanna join later
