For those unaware, like yaself

In 2k12 when you shoot a jumpshot, you see a white light/blur under the player at the peak of their jump. This is an indicator to release the stick/button for a perfect form/release. You don't need to worry about memorizing 1000 different jumpshot animations, just look at the light/blur and release the stick/button.

This. I unlocked all the teams from 11 and 12 and not once have I ever ran with them in exhibition. I haven't even entered the code to unlockthe 92 warriors or the 01 king that came with my 2k12. Imma hold off on this game for a week and if it launches with the usual glitchy gameplay and horrendous, unplayable servers, no buy
