After playing park, they've made it harder for cats that like to cheese. You have to take the ball out at half court now so cats can't try to run behind the inbounder to get open and shoot 3's.

Also, that screen-dodger badge on defense should make it easier to get through screens.

Speaking of badges, they've made it where you have to grind for badges now. Wonder how long it takes to get a full load out...

The badges are the real grind this year.

Anybody playing MyGM or MyLeague yet?

Is it true you can't edit settings in MyGM?


EDIT: So now you can't edit sliders, use custom rosters, or change the quarter minutes in MyGM.

They basically took out all customization in MyGM due to the leaderboards.

I guess is MyLeague only this year.

Manu is missing now too? Damn, all these teams are unplayable . The 2004-05 spurs have something like 5 actual people from the team now. What’s the point of adding these teams if they don’t have agreements in place to actually have the players from them?

Aparrently MyGM is completely different.

Can't sim through a season or edit draft classes. Can't even change the rotation. That skill tree shyt looks fukking stupid.

Why even include it if it's going to be disregarded. I'm not buying this shyt.

Games are going away from single player/offline mode but that's what I like best.

I tried mycareer first but my dude looks weird as fukk and almost white so I just skipped all the cutscenes I think I’m gonna just restart it.

Been on myteam the most. Have a pretty good squad (Rose, AI, Kawhi, AD, Wade, Jokic, Fox) I’m 2-2 online I used to play online tough years ago. I’m fukking terrible at the shooting in this game someone help whether I use square or the shot stick I aint hitting no jumpers. I don’t know if there’s a delay online or what because I did okay offline.

If you don't wanna pay full price, just gameshare with someone you trust (relative or best friend). I gameshare with my brother, so I'm only coming outta pocket $30 for 2k since we go half.

I feel much better wasting $30 rather than $60 once you determine the game is inevitable unbalanced and cheeks.

I've also found it helpful to get it during the 1st week of release. That way you can take advantage of the VC and badge exploits before the first major patch. Racked up over 400k VC on 2k19 before that December patch.

If I run across a good exploit for VC or badges I'll post it here.

The 2012-13 heat have 6 people who were actually on the roster. None of their point guards or centers either. Why does 2K keep doing this? Half the classic teams from the last 20 years have half the roster or more missing. Why have them at all if this is the case?

Might as well just take the classic teams out and roll with the all decade teams like they use to. Makes no sense to have the 12-13 Heat and can only use 6 players and the rest are generic dudes.
