I swear to God if I see one more fukking 7'3 glass cleaning lockdown center
:damn:

Get good at the game and adapt. No cap, I've been going against 7'3 Centers since 2k18 and my builds are 7'1.

Most Centers are very easy to counter because all they do is run back and forth in the paint. Here's some good advice:

-Your Build needs to be strong. Max out your strength to 95. It's possible to beat them with a weaker center, I do it all the time, just gotta hustle more.

-Create contact. You NEED to create contact. The game will give you contact animations and that will keep them from running back and forth.

-Create a big man with a good midrange and/or 3pt shot. I CANNOT stress this enough. You NEED a jumper. When you have a good shooting big man their whole entire Rim Protecting game is thrown out the window.

Pure Post Scorers that know how to play are way worse, but I rarely run into good Post Scorers. Be glad you don't run into a veteran Center like me, because I'm beasting all over the court:mjlit:

I made a SF build focused more on playmaker and shooting. The other stats are balanced tho.

This build is 'ok'. I see nothing special about it.

I understand you're going for badges, but;

-Remove post scoring, no reason to have it especially if it on goes to 66.

-Remove post fade, it only goes to 67. Pointless.

-Remove post hook, it only goes to 52. Pointless

-Max out your 3pt shot. Max out your ball control.

-You should have points left over, add some to driving layup, parameter defense, and lateral quickness.

:mjlol: It does make you slow but I mean you might as well make a PG. Why make a 6'3 forward?

That boy bout to be food on day 1:mjlol:

Lmao I settled on a PG

Don't go point guard, please don't.:picard: And this sound like your first 2k, point guards can make or break a team you know that right?:whoa: Yes even in a video game, so you're purely responsible for everything. Go Shooting guard at 6'5. It's a safer position until you get good at dishing the ball and running the offense.

I haven't played since like 2k16 or 17. It's been a minute.

Is the gameplay smoother than last years game? Are there any additions to myleague?

Much smoother, players feel more planted on the floor and you have more control over them. Defense has improved from 19. More reward for timing steals correctly and more block animations. You can beat a big off the dribble but they has a chance to throw your shyt from behind

No addition to myleague, but it was already the best Franchise mode in any sports franchise. They did ruin mygm tho

I got a glass cleaning lockdown, but I can pretty much do everything except drive and do post moves. Just gotta grind these badges.

I can tell from your build and your posts that you not really good breh, especially at PG. Go 6'5 SG, it's a safer bet. Otherwise you getting bodied.
I copied and pasted your advice to my notes. Had to return that game to Redbox

I have a 6'11 paint beast and these fools are outrebounding me even when I box them out shyt makes no sense. All they have to do is put their hands up on defense and I miss everything
