Vince Carter should not make it

He underachieved given his athleticism and talent and didn't accomplish much

At least Pierce led the Celtics to an ECF in 2002, and was one of the best iso scorers for a minute

He was 3rd all time I'm 3 pointers made when he retired

Was money in the clutch in the Post season, was the main scorer of the big three Celtics

Im surprised they added more players from the first 50 years, thought they'd keep the OG 50 and focus on the last 25 with the best 25 of the last 25 years

Theres no fukkin way players like Tmac, Vince, Melo should make it over Paul Pierce.
I agree
Lillard, Doncic, Jokic will have to wait 25 more years
Kawhi could make it already
I think Parker/Ginobili are both strong cases and I hardly see one being selected without the other

Everybody is 10x all star, you fool.
And playing in ny means nothing.
Why are you always so angry? either relax or log the fukk off muufukka.

Paul Pierce is accomplished but he’s simply not as beloved as some of his contemporaries from the same era that may be less accomplished. Fair or not, that matters especially when it comes to a voting system. DEAL WITH IT. You in this thread crying like a scorned bittch.

I think there are 9 locks. The last 7 spots will be a blood bath. I don't see how Dominique doesn't get in unless someone like McGrady jumps him.

Locks
Lebron
Wade
Kobe
Steph Curry
Russell Westbrook
Jason Kidd
Ray Allen
Paul Pierce
Kawhi Leonard

Not sure
Ginobili
Carmelo
Dwight
Dominique
Pau Gasol
Dame Lilliard
Anthony Davis
Tony Parker
Tracy Mcgrady
Chris Webber
Vince Carter

Why would Kidd be a lock over Dwight?

Especially Vince, he doesn’t belong anywhere in the discussion for this list

At all. Vince is quite likely the most overrated player in NBA history, his peak and prime were short and he was never a Top 5 player, ever. Vince probably isn't even a Top 100 player, considering him for Top 75 is ridiculous...

Dame been around long enough to warrant consideration, but he doesn't really have the results. One conference finals run in 9 years, never been a Top 5 guy...

Parker should definitely make it though, #1 option on Comeback Spurs squad he led to a title, two Finals, and three WCF. One of the most clutch postseason performers from the point guard position, ever...

I think Dwight should be in but his last 10 years have been a disaster for the most part and I think the voters might hold it against him. Kidd is second all time in assists and steals to John Stockton.

No way. He had some good years for Houston (including post season) and he was an important part of a championship team for the Lakers.

Dwight is third all time in DPOYs and 15th all time in blocks. His impact on winning games was arguably bigger than Kidd's too. Kidd does have more All NBA Defense selections than Dwight funny enough but Dwight has more All NBA selections.

I agree both should be in.

He’s been on 9 teams in the last 10 years. Stats/achievements should get him in but people like Bill Simmons voted on this and he hates Dwight.

Should Chris Webber and Reggie Miller be on that 75th list? Both are in the HOF..

And a few years ago when the NBA had a panel on talking about the next 10-15 greatest players both were on the list.
Hell no. Ring less, no MVP,DPOY. Combined, Reggie & Chris have 10 all star appearances

A guy like Paul Pierce has 10 solo
