The Dallas fukking Mavericks ain't close to championship contenders, even if they added Kuz and gave up nothing. Luka couldn't win with Kyrie, Brunson, and KP and Kuz is supposed to put him over the top?
I’m sure Dallas is happy they traded for PJ whos fit his role perfectly. Gafford too. Always said Dallas needed a true center and some solid athletic wing defenders to be contenders. The days of Josh Powell, DFS, and garbage chucking Hardaway Jr(getting DNPs) are over

He's not wrong. The Wizards are the perfect fit for him (high usage role so he can pile up stats on a team that isn't going anywhere) and the Mavs WOULDN'T have been contenders if they had traded for Kuzma.

For some reason players fall in love with that DC water. Beal. Arenas,Wall loved DC. Also Luka was a ball hog. Guys didn't wanna play with him. But the coaching staff must have made him change his game. Luka is trusting teammates now.
